2007 Mission Valley Ranch Production Sale

     On March 11, 2007, MVR held our Annual Production Sale.  Several repeat buyers and new customers braved a day threatening rain to attend the sale.  Fortunately, the rain held off and folks were able to preview the sale cattle and enjoy a Puffy's Steak and Icehouse meal (using MVR beef!) before the sale kicked off at 1:00 pm.

     As many of you know, we lost our long time auctioneer and friend, Stanley Stout last April.  We were pleased to welcome Col. Tommy Barnes to cry his first MVR sale and the crowd received him very well.  While we will all miss Stanley, we are confident Tommy will fill those shoes admirably.

High Selling Bull:  Mission Lead On 6345 a 8-21-05 son of Connealy Lead On out of a BR New Design 036 daughter, going to Dan Daniel, Topeka, Kansas for $5000.00.

2nd High Selling Bull:  Mission 878 H76 a 1-20-06 son of Bon View New Design 878 out of a Finks 7121 of 445 6148 daughter, going to Shawn Hladky, St Marys, Kansas for $4600.00
